Description
This 40-amp double-pole breaker is engineered for 120/240V AC residential and light commercial applications. This Type QP breaker delivers a 10kA interrupting rating for dependable overcurrent and short-circuit protection. It uses a thermal-magnetic trip system to ensure the safety of heavy-duty branch circuits. The internal common trip mechanism disconnects both hot legs simultaneously to prevent equipment damage. It is UL listed and fits securely into 1-inch space-per-pole load centers.
